For take out inexpensive Chinese that's gluten free, it's good. Their menu is expansive, good selection.

When we started going to Mama's about 6 months ago, everything seemed fine. We are Celiac, and are very sensitive, and when Mama's continued to deliver on the GF promise we continued to go.

That lasted up until about 2 months ago, when something just changed. New chef, new recipes, we're not sure. No matter what we order, specifying GF, we get very sick.

It seems like Mamas is now just cooking up their normal recipes and slapping a GF sticker on them.

We tried the Thai basil and the lo mein. Neither had very much flavor at all, but they did bring us some gluten free soy sauce that helped.

Fresh, friendly and VERY SAFE! Gluten Free menu is one of the biggest we've seen and the staff is well trained. Lettuce wraps and Mongolian dish were very good. Portion size and price were both a pleasant surprise, too. Download the app to earn points if you plan on returning. Can't wait to go back!

This place is amazing! A large choice of gluten free options (appetizers (not just edamame), and entree's). I had GF sesame chicken and it was delicious! Did I mention they have gf fried rice?!?

My husband is a Celiac and we decided to try Mamu Fu's when we found out they had a Gluten Free menu. We were surprised with all the choices that were available. He ate the lettuce wraps and pad Thai and gave it 5 stars. There are great GF lunch options and they also had GF beer (Angry Orchard). They accidentally brought out the wrong dish for my husband, but the server asked if he was Celiac and promptly corrected it because the dish had tofu in it (which is not GF). We were glad he took the time to notice it and have it corrected as it could have been a bad day had he eaten it. The owner came by our table to check on us and she told us that the staff is trained in Celiac disease. A lot of restaurants may have GF menus, but the staff isn't always trained on what being GF actually means and what could happen to a Celiac if they consume it. We both loved the food and thought they had a good price point. Friendly, helpful staff, clean environment and they even had San-J GF soy sauce. They also deliver! We will be adding this restaurant to our list of Celiac friendly restaurants!

I’ve ordered their fried rice and been confident in their response on multiple occasions. My symptoms are hit and miss but I haven’t noticed a reaction after eating here.

First time back since being diagnosed with Celiac and I was pleasently surprised with my visit. Tons of options for gluten free. Check out their website for more info on what they have to offer. This location broke off from the main franchise and has stepped up their game big time imo.

Both times we've eaten here they were safe. They changed their base sauces, so they're all GF. Uses a separate wok and management is very understanding.

I always feel sick after eating here and honestly it’s really not that great compared to other restaurants.
