This is the third or fourth hands-on cooking class that my husband and I have taken at the Mama Isa's Cooking School over the past 10 years.
Whenever we’re visiting Venice or Veneto region or Italy on our week-long stay, I always book a gluten free cooking class well in advance of our visit because these are very popular and fun and can sell-out if you don’t reserve in advance!
The Gluten Free Hands-On Cooking Class is limited to only 4-6 total attendees each class.
The School offers different menus and gluten free recipes each day so it’s great to get to choose what you’d like to learn how to prepare.
Our last gluten free class included these dishes: Homemade Fresh Gluten Free Pasta with Guanciale Pancetta Amatriciana Sauce, Branzino baked in a salt crust, and Hazelnut Panna Cotta. Delicious!
The one day gf class includes complimentary wine, homemade limoncello liqueur and a lovely entree antipasto.
It makes for a wonderful entertainment complete with a delicious meal. Enjoy!
