The waiter was really careful and asked questions about the food for me to the chef. I didn't get sick and the food was really good. **update** I was there again two days ago and they were really short staffed, service was incredibly slow. I ordered the same thing I've ordered multiple times, and end up sick for two days. Normally, they are careful, but I suspect that due to being understaffed that day that they weren't adhering to their standards of food safety.
