I’ve ordered from Mama Thai a few times and had mixed reactions. (I get noticeable sores in my mouth when I eat gluten, so it’s pretty clear when something has some gluten.) The five star chicken, which I was told was gluten free on the phone, gave me a reaction twice, although I emphasized that I have an allergy not a sensitivity the second time I ordered it. When we went to eat in the restaurant, the wait staff asked the kitchen about which rice dishes can be made gluten free. Then I was told only the ginger chicken could be. I had no reaction to the ginger chicken and would recommend it. Just ask for it to be more spicy if you like it hot - it’s a mild dish, unlike ginger chicken at most places.

Great food, have eaten here twice and not been sickened. No dedicated menu, but the staff is knowledgeable in food allergies and nearly anything can be made gluten free!
