Review of Mama Tosca Italian Restaurant

I was sick and worshiping the ivory throne within a few short hours. The server was very reluctant to answer specific ingredient questions or how the food was prepared because all that is "top secret." He informed me they only make substitutions if they make someone sick and asked if that was the case. I informed him it was. He vaguely described what he could offer me (which was off menu), but again, refused to answer any direct questions about ingredients and preparation. He guaranteed it would be safe. It wasn't. I second guessed myself several times while ordering. I should have gone with my gut feeling and stuck with the iced tea and nothing else. The quality of the food was gross anyway. Under cooked brown rice pasta, overcooked salmon swimming in a bland lemon sauce and steamed, unseasoned veggies. Not sure how one can manage to make anything lemon bland, but they certainly accomplished it.
