I was told the chips were in a dedicated fryer.
There was a very small selection. See picture of menu. I had the chicken salad, it was decent, but I’m a food snob, especially Mexican food. The chicken was okay, the lettuce was the shredded stuff you would find on a taco. The chips and salsa were good, the green salad is a weird color green because of the sour cream but the taste was good.
My gluten full family had the beef and cheese enchiladas. Again, we are food snobs so these enchiladas were average. But it seems to be a hit with the locals and the building/decorations are outstanding.
