None of the employees were aware of the allergens or ingredients in their food. I explicitly asked when I ordered if something was gluten free and asked to hear the ingredients. I was assured it was gluten free but when I picked it up, it had eel sauce on it which has eel sauce. I had to argue with several employees and managers before being promised even a refund, but only if I brought back the roll. The salad I had also gotten I made the mistake of eating, and I definitely got glutened. Celiac and GF friends should not eat here!
