good food, pizza on a tray to prevent cross contamination. I ask for it well done so its not mushy in the middle. They say any pasta dish can be made gf with gf pasta. Not sure they totally get that more than the pasta could have gluten/wheat, say like the breaded chicken cutlets used for chicken parm.....
