I called ahead to see if the gluten free pasta was also vegan (egg allergy), and upon confirmation I asked if the gluten free pasta was cooked in its own water. The person on the phone verified with me that it was!

I went in, explained that I had an allergy and they immediately went and told everyone cooking that this is an allergy order. I got plain pasta with marinara and it was lovely! They used fresh marinara for my order as to be sure there was no cross contact!
