Very good gluten free pizza!! They make their own dough and it’s sooo much thicker than your regular old gf pizza. They cook them separately and have a dedicated fryer, so we got fries too (which were very good!). Highly recommend if you’re in need of some food with true American spirit.

WOW! Waited 24 hours to write this as the Pizza was too good to be true! Waited to see if I was going to react. The base was lovely, not like cardboard. They even made it into a heart shape as it was valentine’s day. Large selection of GF pizzas and a build your own.

Staff were knowledgable about gluten free food and cross contamination! They have their own GF dough and it was delicious! No gluten containing food is cooked in the fryers either. Very tasty pizza and fries!

I’ve eaten here twice and it we delicious both times. I think it’s well known in Edinburgh for its gluten free pizzas. They were knowledgeable, but there was still chances of cross contamination. I never got sick eating here.

The most amazing gluten free pizza. The base wasn’t over or under cooked and they were super generous with the cheese unlike other places I’ve been to. A lot of the menu is gluten free including the starters which was great! They also have vegan cheese which my recently diagnosed lactose free partner said tasted just like regular cheese :)

One of the best gf pizzas I’ve had! Had the 9 inch veggie pizza. Homemade base was lovely. Good choice of toppings. A small extra charge for the base.

Amazing gluten free pizza. Had a great discussion with the owner about their history and their precautions regarding cross contamination. His wife is a dietitian and they have all separate cooking for the gluten free items. Have been making gluten free pizza for 30 years and were supposedly the first in the UK to do so. They also have multiple gluten free beer options!

Really nice, simple American styled restaurant, my partner has been there a bunch of times and never had any problems afterwards. They do GF pizza and pizza toppings as well as starters, all big portions. Homemade GF pizza dough. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Delightful and delicious. Option for dairy free cheese, and almost anything can be made gluten free. Have never gotten sick here. They use a dedicated oven space for the gf pizzas and the crust is good!

Mamma’s had lots of GF menu options, were knowledgeable about cross contact, and I ordered a delicious pizza on a GF base. The smallest size was very filling! Lots of dessert options too—I had the brownie and shared with a non-celiac who also loved it!

If you are looking for delicious gluten-free pizza, check this place out! Our kids have celiac and are very sensitive to any gluten or custom simulation. We ate here successfully and the pizza was delicious too. We shared a pepperoni and a veggie pizza, both gluten free. The yummy sauce and deep dish crust were such a treat. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten-free and celiac and even said they had a special area in kitchen where they prepare the gluten-free food. This place is a must for pizza lovers with celiac!

Excellent GF pizza and gluten free wings. On this menu ALL IS GLUTEN-FREE unless asterisked! Owner came to table and explained his wife is a dietician and they take great care and pride in GF options with no cross-contamination. Chicken and burgers are GF without bun. Fries and sweet potato fries GF. Ate here twice so far very nice small pizzeria with free Wi-Fi.
