This establishment does have a gluten-free cauliflower pizza crust. I called to confirm whether it was celiac safe or not, and the person I talked to confirmed that it should be as long as you let your server know, and that they do bake them on a separate tray IF you tell them it's for an allergy. However, it is in the same oven, and they use the same toppings and kitchen space.
