The chef is very knowledgeable about the ingredients on hand and preparing celiac safe food. The manager and wait staff were very accomodating. I called several days ahead and the manager called me back after consulting with the chef. I felt entirely comfortable eating and confident cross contamination would not occur. I ordered a cranberry with titos, a burger and a house salad.
