A grocery store in Paia with lots of gluten free options including a bakery with gluten free cupcakes and pies. We’re very impressed but the staff said (they also put up a sign - see photo) the GF items were baked in the same area and used the same containers/trays as the gluten items so we didn’t feel safe to get anything there. Bummer.

Great selection of gluten free stuff and groceries. Amazing place. Was able to get a lot of stuff here. They have a small buffet type side area which offers gluten free pizzas, rice, etc. didn’t try that though.

The grocery store has an incredible selection of GF groceries! Most I’ve seen in Maui. Including GF Hawaiian sweet bread!

We stopped here & had 2 GF cupcakes & a hot chicken dish from the self serve buffet. One of them either had gluten or a cross contamination issue because I got horribly sick. The items for sale in the grocery store however are priced very well & there are many GF options

Lots of gluten free options... most would require access to a kitchen back at home/hotel but some prepared stufd available.

Mana Foods in Paia is the best store/deli around! If you need anything GF they have it & if they don't they'll get it. Waaay better prices & selection than Whole Foods & they actually have local & organic produce! Plus-they don't charge you an arm & leg!!!

Amazing selection of GF foods, all name brands too. All items were equivalent or cheaper than mainland gf prices and even cheaper than Walmart and Target. A must stop!

Good selection, but found better prices and selection at Whole Foods. Small selection of hot foods and cakes/cupcakes.

Great selection of everything from GF to normal diets. Produce could be better but everything else top notch! Great customer service!

Best grocery store on the island. Shopped here multiple times for lunch, dinner, and snack items. Great for all kinds of diet restrictions. parking can be a pain though nearby. They have a lot further south of the store though.
