Not bad. Not too many GF options, but the staff provided a list of safe options. They also sell out, so go earlier in the day to have as many options available.

The ingredients are listed in the shop so you can make informed decisions. They are pretty cautious of cross contamination. I’ve had the baked salmon, salmon tobiko, and ume without issue. Steer clear of the items with soy sauce for sure but worst case just ask.
