Mancora Ceviche Bar

Ceviche is an excellent choice for gluten-free dining! They do not have a dedicated gluten-free menu, but our server was very helpful when I explained about my gluten and dairy issues. Delicious food! Just speak to wait staff when ordering. Note: they do have a “fusion” section on the menu and many of those items contain soy. Just be cautious and read everything!
