Review of Mandalay Asian Fusion Cuisine

There’s no separate menu, but the chef/owner appears to be very knowledgeable about what gluten is and what can or can’t be used. He pretty such he could make almost anything gluten free. The hot and sour soup is normally not, but he made a fresh small batch just for me. Everything was so delicious!! I also got Szechuan pork gluten free. Amazing!
