I love this place! My go-to is the GF General Gao's, but lots of options. There was one time I ordered online and had put "gluten allergy" in the special instructions, but my order included non-gf items for other people. They called me to verify that the order was correct and wanted to make sure I knew what wasn't gluten free.

tears fell and harps played. I had General Gau's chicken for the first time in 4 years. most of the menu is gf. mind blowing. I also had moo Shi pork (no pancakes) with gf hoisin!!!!! unreal. no reaction. not even GI issues which is what happens for fryer contamination for me. I have a very severe reaction (seizure) if I eat gluten, and I was fine. They have an open kitchen and you can see your food being cooked. stop in their market next door and pick up some stuff to cook at home.
