Justine’s team is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about allergies. Our family has been going here for several years, we have both celiac disease and tree nut allergies and never gotten sick. Most items on the menu can be modified to accommodate a gluten allergy and are clearly marked. Mandarin Yang is a must go to spot for any gluten free folks.

We have been ordering from Mandarin Yang for several years. We have 2 people with Celiac and others with nut and egg allergies. Justine and Team have done an amazing job with our orders. If there is a question on our order she always calls me. I really appreciate them with the care they take and the food is so good!!!

Was excited to try this spot based on the other reviews from folks on this site. Ordered via doordash with specific instructions indicating I have celiac disease. Within minutes of placing the order, our food was picked up from the restaurant and on it's way to my home. Hard to believe they could have prepared my meal with appropriate celiac precautions in that small timeframe. Food showed up with a GF note on my entrée. Against my better judgement, I ate the food, definitely glutened.

Would avoid this establishment if you are a celiac.

Justine, the owner called us after our online order to discuss precautions taken and cleaning procedures for woks etc... our daughter is a newly diagnosed Celiac and the Mandarin Yang helped us get through the challenge of first restaurant order with no adverse reactions. (Except for a too full belly since the food was amazing and we all overate!!!)

We ordered fried rice, low mein(prepared with pad thai style rice noodle), sesame chicken and beef and broccoli. All sauces and broths are made in house so under their control. The take out order also came with small gf soy packets and zero gluteny fortune cookies in sight... hooray!!!

They do an amazing job. They have gluten free soy sauce and have listed on their menu what they make Gluten free. I have eaten here many times and haven't gotten sick. It's a great option for Celiac.

Very Celiac friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tried several items: spring rolls, egg drop soup (thick), sesame chicken, cashew chicken, kung pao chicken. Items served hot and fresh. Spring roll dipping sauces good too. Will go again to try more

Lots of GF options clearly marked on the menu. The food was really yummy too! We ordered takeout and were given little gluten free soy sauce packets with our order. Really impressed. We will definitely eat here again!

My favorite Chinese restaurant. So many options and they even have GF soy sauce. Good, knowledgeable wait staff. Try the GF sesame chicken. Yum!

I have NEVER been in a Chinese restaurant were the staffs knowledge about gluten in products was better than mine. Love love love this place.

I tried it out while in town. Had the sesame chicken. It came out SUPER fast! Chicken was not breaded at all. Still very good! Lots of gf options on the menu to choose from. No upcharge on gf.

I really enjoyed being able to eat some of my old favorites that I haven't had since going gluten free. Staff was knowledgeable and food was fresh and delicious.

Great Chinese food. Fresh and tastes great. Excellent gluten free options such as Triple Delight, Shrimp Fried Rice, Cashew Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken. Egg Drop Soup is the best I ever had anywhere. Just tell them you want gluten free. Owner very friendly.
