If you want gluten free italian pay the extra money at a higher end establishment. The gluten free was not good quality. Mushy and flavorless. Contamination is high if you don't specify gluten allergy.

They use the same water for gf and regular pasta. They use the same press for gf and regular paninis. I asked. The Pollo a Griglio (I think that is what it is called) is gf, but I wouldn't have anything else from this establishment. Not sick yet (fingers crossed). Everything is labeled GS. Don't trust it.
