Review of Mandolin Sushi & Steak House

I'm new to the gluten free lifestyle. I love this place and always got the chirashi donburri before I was diagnosed with celiac. Today was the first time I ate knowing about gluten and they were so kind as to listen to my requests like new gloves, no seasonings, and answered whether the fish were marinated with anything (none were that i had) and they reassured me that my requests were met when they brought out the food. They even brought out tamari soy sauce for me! I might have cross contamination with the board or something but I'll be more specific next time since this place is my favorite! Highly recommend! I went when it wasn't busy, around 3 on a Saturday
