Review of Mandolin Sushi & Steak House

I ate here a couple years ago and had a fabulous experience. I called in today to find out which rolls could be made gluten free and the person asked me if avocado had gluten. The lack of knowledge was too concerning to bother ordering again. Got luck the first time with a knowledgeable server but this time not so much. Would not recommend.
