On the menu it gives you a choice of thin crust or deep dish gluten free crust. I ordered deep dish, which was actually just think crust, because they don't actually have deep dish. the Italian sausage was just coins of sausage cut from a link, not chunks, and tasted like plastic. I asked them to cut the pizza with a clean cutter as well, for cross contamination reasons. When I arrived, the place was a mess and they weren't busy, so if they don't clean very well, I'm concerned with CC, but I didn't get sick. Very few items on menu are gf, salad, and pizza is pretty much it.
Yes
You cannot tell its gluten free. Crust is rich with a soft inside and crispy outside. It's perfect.
