I have gotten the crab cakes (always made GF without filler) twice without a reaction! Great deck to sit outside and see the ocean!

Ordered one of the GF options and told the waitress I have an allergy and was still glutened. Food was pretty mediocre. Not bad but not great. Eat at your own risk.

2019- Good GF options that are marked on the menu. Great atmosphere. You can order off the whole menu at the bar. Overlooks the ocean :D I did see a Bartender use a glass to get ice out of a bin for a drink.... but that’s not a GF issue...
Update for 2022- GF items still marked on the menu. Not a huge selection but enough to have choices. I had the crab cakes and they were amazing!

Do not go here if you have celiac disease. Although they have gf items listed on menu they told us they did not implement steps to prevent cross contamination. Unfortunately, when we called before visiting, the hostess told us otherwise.

Mangos is such a welcome experience. We had crab cake without the bun and Fries (all GF). Many items on menu are clearly marked gluten free. We came during Covid and it was very safe even with plexiglass dividers between tables. I’d encourage any GF friends to check it out. Plus food and staff great
