Review of Mangrove Mike's Cafe

Their gluten free options consist of gluten free pancakes and French toast, & gluten free wraps. You can also get gluten free white bread. You have to tell them you are celiac or have a gluten allergy so they will know and they will clean the grill before they use it to cook your food. They use a shared fryer but they will bake the tots or fries upon request. The waitstaff was super knowledgeable and I overheard her yelling into the kitchen that there was a gluten allergy order to look out for. I had the gluten free French toast which was very good. I plan to go back and try the wraps next.
