This was my first time trying Manna Cafe. I was excited to check them out. Here are some updates from the previous posts: -They do not have a separate gf menu. -They do have gf pancakes and waffles but they do NOT have a dedicated waffle iron or griddle. (So unfortunately I couldn't try them for you all.) -Per my waiter my options were their omelets and hash. -The service/cooks are a little slow so its not the best choice if you're in a hurry. (Confirmed with my friend that's been before.) -The staff was super friendly and my waiter was willing to speak directly with the chef regarding what I could and couldn't eat. Overall the food was good and the fruit spritzers (strawberry and mango) were amazing!

The staff had a separate menu that highlighted which items were gluten free. Even though it was super busy when we went, the staff took time to ensure that we were taken care of.
Manna Café is a great local breakfast and lunch spot right off the beaten path, but perfect for a breakfast meeting or lunch with friends. Their menu is nearly all from-scratch, and they can make nearly any of their selections gluten-free!
