The staff was very knowledgeable on what was gluten free on the menu, and what modifications the chef is able to make. Same owner as Salar. The food was DELICIOUS and I didn’t not get sick at all or have a reaction.

Went to a wine and food tasting. Called ahead for and explained my celiac disease to see if there would anything for me to eat. Wait staff and chef were incredibly accommodating. Although the tasting was buffet style the chef prepared separate food just for me. Wait staff kept checking of me to see if there was anything I needed. Extremely impressed by Manna Uptown. I will be eating here in the restaurant in the near future!!
