Manna is a beautiful restaurant and we had an incredible meal but I got glutened. My partner called ahead and went through the menu/allergies, the server commented on knowing about the allergy, it all felt legit until the server said that the barley was gf. I knew that sounded off but didn’t advocate for myself and didn’t want to pull out google during a nice meal. So I had a nice portion of straight up gluten and have been so sick for days not realizing why because I had been assured that everything was safe. Sadly, if the staff is pushing barley as GF I’m sure gluten is hiding in other places on the menu. This was definitely my fault for not speaking up but I won’t be going back. For the price I want to have a nice meal and not interrogate the wait staff on what is supposed to be a special and enjoyable evening.

Great food. Farm to table. Most of the menu can be made gluten free. Really loved it until I was told that they needed 48 hour notice for GF dessert options. When you make your reservations tell them you have an intolerance or celiac.
