Gf fries, sauces mostly also gf. When we asked which one is gf they had a look on a list and told us unfortunately those which contain gluten. When we asked again, they confirmed that e.g. BBC is gf. We realized it when our daughter got symptoms and checked the ingredients in internet. Generally it's a safe place but the staff need better training.

Very popular, chips are gluten free. When I asked about sauces they checked the allergen list to make sure that they were gf. Awesome

Fries were absolutely lovely, asked staff who confirmed they were gluten free, when I asked which sauces were suitable they said that most of them were gluten free and they consulted a list and let me know that the one I wanted was safe.
