The grilling area for the steaks don't touch any gluten. Staff was helpful, and you can orderly safely if you stick to steaks (bernaise was safe too). I went there during lunch, and the hash browns were the only potato-bases gluten free item available at that time. Shared frier, so no fries or potato chips.

I'm from the NY area, have also been to top steakhouses in Dallas, Boston and DC, and this simply place doesn't stand up to those. The meat quality was definitely there (a prime dry aged ribeye), but despite being in Minnesota, they still charge NYC prices.

The steak initially came out raw, despite ordering medium rare (I don't even mind rare, but was still mooing). Grilling steaks is fine, but most iconic places use or finish with a broiler to get that perfect seer. After cooking it.uo some more to a medium rare it was very good (as it has to be given steak quality and proper temperature).

Given the price and underwhelming execution, I wouldn't recommend. Cook a high quality steak st home; it tastes just as goof and you'll save money (and no potential cross contamination that way!).

I was in the area, so had to try and "iconic" local place, but not worth the hype.
