Menu lists gluten free pancakes and waffles. We asked server about the safety of these items and if they offered anything else. She said they also offer gluten free bread. Gluten free pancakes and waffles are made on the edge of the grill, but since I have celiacs she made sure that they cleaned off the grill before they made my order. I ordered the banana nutella waffle, and I did not get sick. Server was extra careful to avoid cross contamination. Even though they were busy, they were super cautious with my order. Will definitely go there again!
