I am symptomatic celiac, and Marcello’s blew me away. Everyone was aware I needed to eat Gf (we called ahead) and the menu was wide open for modifications. They will prepare GF pasta to order OR you can have zucchini noodles. Also, anything breaded, they can grill instead. I got the Palermo with grilled chicken and zucchini noodles. They were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who needs to eat GF!
