July 2022 Update: they changed the gf crust to a cauliflower crust, and it’s a step in the wrong direction taste-wise. It’s ok and safe pizza is still better than getting sick, I’m just sad that it’s not as good as it was with the old crust.
I have been getting gf pizza from this location for several years. They consistently deliver a great pizza and take the gf precautions seriously. I have consumed a LOT of bad to mediocre pizza since my diagnosis, so I am thrilled to find a place I can count on for delicious and yummy pizza.
One caveat, since Marco's is a chain/franchise, I would definitely go through the litany of questions (dedicated utensils, cooking mat, etc) at each location.

I’ve tried all kinds of gluten free crusts and I think their cauliflower crust is my favorite. It does have a little bit of an aftertaste but i personally don’t mind. Highly recommend

The best New York style gf crust I’ve ever tasted. It is made from scratch and the staff is very knowledgeable about making sure there is no cross-contamination. I’m a sensitive celiac and had no issues at all! We got the 14” gf crust with pepperoni, cheese, and black olives. A pretty simple pizza that was made outstanding! Will definitely be back.

Excellent gluten free crust, never had any problems with there gluten free crust pizza, usually get sausage and cheese on gluten free crust
They were out of Cauliflower crusts so I ordered a few pizza Bowls and salads. The pizza bowl is just the toppings and no crust- they are big! One can feed 2-3 people especially if you got a salad. Salads can add chicken and be a whole meal, so we had enough for lunch for our family of 4 the next day plus a snack.
