Really good food here with a good number of options marked on the menu as GF.

No dedicated fryer (so no chips unfortunately) and no dedicated kitchen space but the server let me know these things when I mentioned gluten free and he said he would leave a note for the kitchen staff which was helpful.

The food I had was amazing. I would definitely recommend the Enchiladas Blancas plate. It was really good.
