Stopped for lunch on our way to Colorado. Wait staff was VERY unsure about gluten free options. Chips are fried in mixed fryer. I’m still not sure what was safe for celiacs as I watched my husband eat.

Eat here regularly and have had the chips,salsa, enchiladas, tacos and fajitas with corn tortillas and have never had a problem
