I am very careful about what I order here. Chips have their own fryer. Big menu & better side options (steamed vegetables, whole beans, salads) than most Mexican restaurants. My servers have not been knowledgeable about gluten, so I’ve ordered by my best guess. Haven’t gotten sick yet from their food.
