I was told by the GM that there was nothing on their menus that could be GF.

Great restaurant with views, I liked sitting by the waterfall! The waiter didn’t know about gluten free so he got the manager. The manager was so nice, he even brought out the ingredients that were used so that I could check for gluten. The fajitas use a seasoning with wheat so those were out. The chips were also fried in a shared fryer so those were out as well. The chicken enchiladas were the best option and I did enjoy those.
