The waitress did not take the fact that I had celiac seriously. She was obviously not well versed in allergies. She did not understand what I meant by avoiding cross contact. I did not end up getting sick but I was so so worried because of her attitude. While gf is marked on the menu, allergy training is obviously not a part of training.
