Super accommodating! The menu changes constantly so hard to pinpoint what will be gluten free for you, but there were gluten free options for each course, and all but the pasta was gluten free for the main course! Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and advised me that there may be cross contamination with the house chips as they do use the same fryer. I felt safe eating here and everything was SO delicious!

I’ve been going to Margot’s for eighteen years. Eight years ago I found out I have celiac. Margot’s has been very accommodating with my medical allergy. The sister restaurant Marché sadly closed between the tornado and COVID. A bit of that menu from marche is reflected in the breakfast menu at Margot’s. For example, their potatoes can be pan roasted to accommodate. The staff is generally very knowledgeable on the subject of gluten. I highly recommend this nashville legendary staple!! Be clear about your allergy, about cross contamination, and above all be kind, they will work with you!
