Maria's food Truck. Authentic Venezuelan and Colombian food in Oklahoma City. We offer Glutten Free options!

On safety—Empanadas are made with 100% raw corn, processed before making dough. Arepas are made the same. Except arepas are grilled and empanadas deep fried. We clean the grill multiple times during the day, and have two separate fryers, we can begin using one for glutten-free items only.

Awesome food. Taught them what I know and that croscontamination is a big problem for Gluten Free. My 1st food truck I tried to a full meal.
