They do not have a gluten-free menu. However, Maria is very familiar with celiac disease/ gluten intolerance. She shared that a family member is severely allergic to gluten. She was conscientious that none of the food that I ordered was cross-contaminated. As a matter of fact, she went out of her way to offer me different corn tortillas than their homemade ones because she knew that they put a little flour in the homemade ones. Their Peruvian beans are amazing! I had two eggs over easy, corn tortillas, a bowl of fruit and a few strips of bacon. I had no reaction afterward. The family has three restaurants in the area. I've eaten at all three with no issue.
