Excellent precautions taken! Pizza is cooked on its own pan and cut with dedicated gf utensils. Sensitive celiac and felt great after.

4/19/22 update- still haven’t been glutened by the pizza here. My daughter is VERY sensitive and nervous to eat out. We order at least once a month. While the kitchen isn’t gf, it’s safe! 2016- I've ordered several pizzas from Maria's & they are really cautious about CC'ing. Never once had an issue. The staff all seem pretty knowledgeable about CC'ing

Excellent gluten free crust. Beautiful sauce, wonderful topping and cheese ratio! Highly recommend!!!

Great crust quality. A thousand times better than the Udi’s and other premade.
