The gluten free options are nothing special. My son and husband have celiac. My husband enjoyed the shrimp and my son a burger with garlic mashed potatoes (he really didn’t eat them). No dedicated fryer. I had a salad with chicken and it was delicious.

I have a 4 year old with celiac disease so finding a place my whole family could eat in Ocean City proved challenging. I thought Marina Deck looked good, but the negative experience someone else had made me wary. I wrote the restaurant about my concerns before we went on vacation, and the owner called me to discuss options. He seemed to have a number of ideas and I told him I'd be in touch if we decided to eat there. The day we decided to go, I called him a couple of hours in advance, and he told me he would be there that night and to ask for him when we arrived. He personally came to our table and took my son's order, then he was the one to bring the food out to the table. My son enjoyed his food (The chicken was very tender! We snitched some of his leftovers) and didn't get sick. We were very happy with the level of service and the overall ambiance of the place.

Went here while on vacation and my son who has celiacs got super sick after eating here. Thought his meal was gluten free but something clearly wasn't. Was very disappointed because we love eating here.
Very helpful staff. good selection of GF dishes in the menu, but what I really wanted was their signature "all you can eat" seafood. some of the items that were not gluten free were removed by Chef and substituted for a side dish. very accommodating, and I had no adverse reactions. I'm celiac and would not hesitate to return. the staff was also very friendly, and made my wife, daughter, and I feel at home. (they do not eat GF, and also enjoyed their meals). shared kitchen with other ingredients, but I had no contamination.
Wonderful dinner my eight year old loved it. very accommodating but needed to explain we need to be careful about cross contamination in the fryer.
