Marion Street Deli and Pub

Waitress states we don’t cater to gluten free and I’m not familiar with what’s gluten. Was excited to eat here, ordered house salad and sweet potato to be safe.. would not recommend

They did not have a gluten free menu. There is one option on the menu that is gluten free, the protein bowl. I ordered it with blackened salmon and asked the waitress to confirm the house made black bean salsa was gluten free. It was not, so I had them omit that from the bowl. The salmon was amazing. The eggs were on top of the cooked spinach, so they took on the taste of the spinach. The baked sweet potato was under the spinach, so the spinach juice got in it. I wish I would’ve just asked for the blackened salmon and a baked sweet potato without any of the other stuff. They were knowledgeable and very friendly about me asking questions. I was fairly confident I wouldn’t get sick, and I didn’t.

Had the MSDP ( Marion St Deli & Pub) Power Bowl! Full of protein, baked sweet potato, spinach, beans, cheese, two organic hard eggs, and served with homemade pico de halo sauce! I had them add a grilled chicken breast. This was a great tasting meal and it was really enough for two people! Great place ❤

They have a special gluten free section. The grilled Shrimp SoBe bowl and Tuna Bowl are my two favorites. Indoors or patio setting. Charming place and great food.
