Mario's Pizza & Italian Restaurant

Called the restaurant and we’re told the salads and 9” pizzas could be done gluten free. Arrived and chef would only confirm that the crust was GF but no toppings were. Had a cheese pizza as we were with a large group and did not get sick, but wouldn’t go back here.

The server knew without skipping a beat what I could and could not eat. The owner personally made sure my pizza was free of gluten and dairy. He came out and asked about my daughter and my allergies. He made our pizzas himself, washed his hands right before, and made sure all surfaces were freshly cleaned. He came out to check on us when our pizzas arrived. All of that was more than I’ve ever experienced in this area, but it still wasn’t even the best part... the pizza! Hands down the best pizza I’ve had! Ever!
