It’s a pizza joint, you know what you’re getting into. They do their best, the dough is is separated in a tin pan and they send it with its own pizza cutter. The food was awesome and the staff was super nice.

I found this place during a Google search as our boy scout troop was rafting nearby and wanted pizza for dinner. Having a Celiac in the group, I wanted to make sure all could eat - and safely. I called a few weeks ahead to ask questions on how safe their preparation was and felt it was good option. When we arrived, the owner remembered my call and assured us he would make a gluten free pizza as well as regular for the others. The gluten free pizza was prepared in a separate area, baked on a single serve tray along with its own plastic pizza cutter. I could not have asked for nicer people there along with safe preparation.
