They have a separate gluten free menu titled "No Gluten Added", which sounded a little sus, but talking with them over the phone made me feel more reassured. They confirmed that they prepare gluten free food separately, clean the grill/prep area beforehand, etc. They seem knowledgeable about gluten free ingredients, sauces, and even spices. The fryers are not dedicated though, so they recommended to stick to grilled/other items. I'll update my review once I actually eat there. UPDATE: Ate there with no issues! And the food was delicious 😋
