Fantastic gluten-free options. They have a gluten free section of dried foods i.e., cereals excetera and a gluten-free frozen section. Everything is clearly marked and well-defined in the store. They also have other products marked as gluten-free throughout the store not in the gluten-free designated areas you just need to look, for example- corn tortillas. the menu tab below has a PDF file that lists gluten-free products from all of their suppliers. I found this extremely helpful.

Given proximity to the airport and airport hotels, if you are in town for business or play this would be a good place to go and grab food to have during your stay. The PF Changs nearby has a great GF menu for sit-down dining. I also have a review listed there.
