Fantastic food! Very knowledgeable about GF. I ordered a salad with brisket and asked for no bread or croutons. It came without both. Very fresh and tasty and the brisket is delicious. They also offer GF buns.

Was served bread on top of my meal and when i said i have a severe allergy (celiac) the waiter plucked the bread off at the table with his bare hand and left the table. :/ also their fries are marked GF on the menu but are made in the same frier as stuff that isn’t GF, so they made me sick.

This was a great stop! The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free! Don’t get the green beans as they contain gluten! There isn’t a separate fryer but there’s precautions to keep other non-fried foods gluten free. They do change gloves and clean the space.

Food was amazing. Staff very friendly. If server wasn’t sure on allergies they checked with kitchen and got answer no problem.

Great BBQ with plenty of GF options to choose from. The HF bun fell apart, but I guess that’s to be expected sometimes (Not a deal breaker). The shredded chicken was GF and definitely worth it. Sweet potato fries were also a hit. My wife enjoyed a good meal here with no health issues afterward so that’s always a plus, since she has more than just a gluten allergy.

Upon request they will provide GF buns. They try to mark things on their menu that “contain gluten” but they don’t go as far as marking things that could be cross contaminated (i.e. fries). Definitely got sick when eating the fries, but sub them for baked potato and you’re golden!

Gluten free BBQ CHEESEBURGER was tasty. I’m giving only 3 stars because the gluten free selection was very small. Even though the menu states that all the side dishes are gf unless otherwise noted that is not the case. Their sweet potato fries were listed as not containing gluten but the waiter informed me that they go in the same fryer with all the breaded items!

Good basic barbecue. The menu clearly marks which meats and sides are gluten free. Placed a to-go order and was assured that they would change gloves before preparing. Didn’t get sick at all.

This place not only has a menu clearly displaying gf choices, but the staff is very helpful. i almost ordered cole slaw and was told i shouldnt because it is made with malt vinegar. The waitress we had may have given us the best customer service ever! The food was also good, I didn't love the bbq sauce, but the service and quality of the food made up for it.

The food was amazing, service was great. We were in town for a convention, and came here with a large group. Easy reservations, and so yummy!! (The sweet potato fries were delicious!) I was the only GF eater (celiac), and it was so nice that most of the menu is gf, so I didn't have to go through hoops to find something to eat. I completely recommend Mark's!

Food is good, GF options clearly labeled. Only complaint: despite asking for no toast, dinner comes with bread plopped on top of it every time and has to go back. Be sure to tell your server no bread!!

I didn't get sick or cross contaminated- they knew what they were doing in terms of gluten. Maybe I didn't order something good (other reviews are good) but my chicken wasn't hot and the green beans were right from a can.

Very good food and recently updated menu to mark some of the GF food (appetizers aren't marked, but I know some of them are GF). They just added GF buns, which are good.

Server was kind, and very aware in regard to allergens. She handed me an allergen menu so I was aware of what I could and could not get on the menu. She was kind and stated she would make sure to inform the kitchen of my dietary restrictions.

Took away gluten free items list. Could have had disclaimer if there was concern about cross contamination issues for customers. Most people know there is risk at any restaurant.

Amazing staff, never have issues here, I am cilliac and lactose intolerant. I trust them with my dietary needs. Let them know upfront about any needs you have and they will take care of you.
