Beef brisket and baked Potato was pretty good, power went out though. they had a pretty busy day it seemed and ran out of ribs. When I asked if the French fries were shared or not she said probably not today because it was so busy, which I appreciated her honesty for. I do wish they had some gluten free buns though, it’s really not that hard to include them in the menu.

Best BBQ place I have ever had. Waitress was very knowledge about allergies and even did the dessert without the donut. 10/10 recommend

The BEST BBQ ever and best experience! This place is 3rd generation restaurant and the son running it now has Celiac! He personally delivered our food. They were so amazing. I can't say enough good things! And the BBQ FAR out ranks any other in Memphis! Must get the ribs!!!

It was great food! Waitress knowledgeable about gluten free and menu clearly marked and it had the prices! Thank you Marlowe’s ps pink Cadillac was nice too! Great job!!

This place is amazing. Not only the atmosphere but the options!! I had a baked potatoes with bbq pork inside. And I almost cried tears of joy because it was so good. No issues whatsoever!!

This place was great! I wanted good Memphis BBQ and I got it. I spoke with the owner who created the gluten-free menu and he recommended the brisket. It was phenomenal and I had no issues from the food. I also had the green beans and coleslaw.

Driving through Memphis, I saw the wonderful reviews, including raves about a wonderful server. We decided to give it a try, and we’re happy to be served by Vee herself! When I mentioned my allergy she brought me a special menu with everything safe highlighted. There were plenty of choices. She assured me she would take good care of me. I had the ribs, beans and slaw and it was all amazing. Vee kept coming back to check on us. It’s been several hours since we ate, and I have had no reactions. I highly recommend eating at this restaurant whenever you are in Memphis.

I’m not the biggest BBQ lover, but Marlowe’s was great! They do have a menu marked with all of the gluten free options and there’s plenty to choose from! V was our server and she was fantastic!! They even came back to the table to double check things with me after ordering to make sure it was safe! It was all very good!

I only had sides because if you get delivery through door dash there’s no way to specify no dinner roll and it comes right in the box, but the baked beans and coleslaw were both good!

First time in Memphis and I was worried there may be cross contamination because it was so busy, but no issues at all! They have a gluten free highlighted menu and know their stuff! They asked all the right questions and were so kind.

Our experience here was so good we considered going back the very next night because we knew if was a safe option. The food is beyond amazing and the service was excellent! Our server, “V”, was able to answer my questions and made me feel at ease. The ribs were some of the best we’ve ever eaten. Everyone, even the non-GF diners, was satisfied and pleased with the experience. Definitely will be returning to Marlowe’s when we come back to Memphis!

The ribs and brisket are gluten free, some sides are GF. They are very familiar with celiacs. They have a GF menu, they highlighted the regular menu with the safe options, as well as made notes on the menu on how to make certain meals gluten free. I had ribs, brisket, baked beans, green beans. No bad reaction.

The service was amazing! Our waiter didn't know much about gluten but he asked the person in charge of allergens who actually came to our table and went through my order with me and reassured that they would change their gloves. The ribs and bbq sauce are gluten free. They also custom made the banana foster dessert (took out the donut) so that I could eat dessert with the rest ofy family. It was EXCELLENT! I am a celiac and did not have any reactions. Prices were very reasonable. We will be going back.

Our server told us that the owners have celiac. She was personally knowledgeable about the topic. She was very helpful and even contacted a manager at home to reassure us that our meal was safe. She was also an excellent server and we had a delicious meal.

Boyfriend and I are both Celiac. We just ate here the yesterday and had a phenomenal experience. The staff were super knowledgeable. They were very transparent about what we could eat - which was most everything except for the obvious non-gluten free items. The food was AWESOME! We left full and happy!
