We went with high hopes of a good experience. The server knew literally nothing about anything. Didn’t know if they had g/f bread (they do not) Didn’t know what was in anything….
We ended up ordering two ‘pasta’ dishes, the bolognese (with five strings of mozzarella on top) and the chicken pesto..(Perhaps, a 1/4 cup chicken in the whole dish.)
Did I mention a $4.99 up charge for rice ‘vermicelli’?
Not a repeat experience for us.
If I start swelling, will drop the rating!!
Regarding having a separate menu, they do, but the back of it has all the desserts listed. In reality, no cheesecake, cannoli or tiramisu, for YOU only, Spumoni, Gelato or Crème brûlée. Should have not put the regular dessert menu on the back of the g/f menu. Or crossed out the non-options or something. More disappointment.

I came here after the "Find Me Gluten Free" app had good reviews for it. And they were right. It's excellent. I had the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and the creamy shrimp pesto pasta with the gluten free noodles. Finished of with creme brulee and wow, everything was amazing.
Their gluten free menu is actually quite extensive. They also cook their gluten free pasta in a separate water pot than their regular pasta. Everything I had was delicious. Can't wait to come back to Salina. Wish they had a location in Hays.

Delicious dinner. The atmosphere is charming and cozy. We had the chopped salad and fettuccine alfredo with a side of creamy pesto. The creamy pesto was so flavorful. Celiac daughter did not get sick. Great little spot and would definitely return!

They do have a large gluten free menu but I was in a bit if a rush and wanting something to go so I asked the bartender what options they had for pasta and sauce. The pasta is rice noodles (not the gluten free rice based but true rice noodles) and he said all of their sauces are gluten free. I ended up getting the rice noodles and pesto and oh my was I happy! It came out quick, was not overpriced, and was exactly what I needed in a rush.

Separate gluten-free menu is available, and the pasta dishes are available made with a gluten-free rice pasta. It’s a little odd using what I think of as an Asian noodle with Italian sauces, but once I got over that, I enjoyed the taste of my Carbonara. The waiter didn’t know how to make a plain hamburger for my son though. Odd.

We went at a busy time. The wait staff seemed knowledgeable, but forgot to tell us the sauce on the side had gluten. Recommend going on off days or hours. Seating outside available.
Delicious. Knowledgeable staff. Familiar with allergy

We totally enjoyed our meal here!! Came with family while visiting Salina and enjoyed the pizza and pasta. Appreciated the knowledgeable staff. Can’t wait to return!!!

I mentioned to our server that I have celiac, so the manager came to our table and explained that they have a separate prep area for gluten free—this put my mind at ease, and I was able to enjoy my dinner. At our server’s recommendation, I ordered the tilapia piccata with vegetables. It was delicious and exceeded my expectations! The whole family left feeling happy and full for a reasonable price, and I had no symptoms later on.

Great food and knowledge staff. One of our favorite places.

Very good! Eaten here twice and it’s delicious!!
Staff was very friendly and understood my questions. Food was good and I did not get sick. I didn’t try the gf pasta however. The chicken and vegetables were really good but plain. Next time I would ask for some sauce on it All of their sauces were gluten free.
My mother and I ate here 2 weeks ago. When we were seated I told the hostess that I have celiac disease and would need a gluten free menu. She didn't act like she cared. Then they brought out glasses of water which were caked in crumbs from the dishwasher. My gut told me to run right then, but we had been traveling all day and were starving. I politely sent the water back because the glass really was disgusting. I ordered a glass of wine as well, that glass was caked in crumbs too. I ordered the chicken alfredo with broccoli. It was good but I started swelling before we even left the restaurant. I dealt with the effects of the gluten contamination for the next 10 days or so. I'm finally beginning to feel better. I don't feel like my food had gluten in it but it was definitely contaminated from the environment.

I was so excited to find this place when stopped over in Salina! They seemed to know about Celiac & at there with no problem. They bring (gluten) bread to the table, so be prepared to ward off cross-contamination. I had spaghetti with Italian sausage. The sausage was good, the pasts just average. I'd go back!

Ate there a year ago and counting down the days until I'm in Salina to go again! Loved it. My daughter and I are GF and had no issues.
so disappointed in this restaurant. my gluten free pasta came out with non gluten free pasta in it. only way that could happen is cook in the same water.. cross contamination!

Yummy!! Even my non gf hubs loved the gf pasta with chicken, broccoli and Alfredo sauce. Cappuccino gelato!!!! Great, quick service!
GF pasta with mix and match sauces as well as really good GF pizza crust. Very friendly staff and cute atmosphere.
Just about all of their pasta dishes can be substituted with gluten free pasta. There is a slight up charge, but the prices are so reasonable, you won't see the difference from the comparable chains. All of their sauces are gluten free, so you can mix and match to your hearts content. This place its a definite must for gluten freers who miss their pasta fix!
